The color was spot on and looked just like I expected. No weird surprises or anything off when it showed up, which I really appreciated. Super happy with it.

I found the driver quickly and the install was easy. My screen setup is working fine now, so I’m guessing the old driver was probably the issue, though I can’t say for sure

I bought this from Xebec and ended up having an issue while it was still under warranty. I thought it would be a straightforward fix, especially since my brother had told me warranties are usually easy if you have your order info, but that was not the case here.
It turned into a long chain of back-and-forth emails, with them asking for more details every time and taking forever to reply. By the end, it really felt like they were just trying to dodge actually helping me fix the problem. Super frustrating, and I wouldn’t buy from them again

I picked this up because I wanted some extra screen space while traveling, and it definitely helps for basic stuff. It’s nice for keeping email, chat, or notes off to the side. But am I missing something, or are the screens just a bit smaller than you’d expect for the price? Setup was straightforward, and I do still use it on trips, but it doesn’t feel roomy enough for bigger spreadsheets or design work. Overall it’s useful, I just wish the display size felt a little more generous.

It worked alright for the most part, I guess, but my laptop kept slipping off the mount. Maybe I didn’t have it set up exactly right, but it didn’t feel as secure as I was hoping.

I picked this up for my work laptop mainly expecting it to destroy my battery life, which it does a little, but also weirdly not as much as I thought. So I’m kind of annoyed it uses extra power, but also impressed that it doesn’t feel like a big deal. On my USB-C setup it’s been running fine, and I can still get a few good hours of work done without hunting for an outlet. No strange heat issues or power problems so far. i was ready to complain about it, but I’m happy with it.

It took me way longer than I expected to get this set up right. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept having to stop and check videos, then go back and try again. It does work now, and it works fine, but getting there was not easy. Not easy at all.

I got my Xebec set up the screen resolution surprised me in a good way. Who doesn’t love when text actually looks crisp and you’re not squinting at blurry docs all day? I’ve been using it for documents, a bunch of tabs, and video calls, and everything looks clear. The colors are solid too, maybe not absolutely perfect, but for everyday work? Totally fine. I’m really happy with it so far

I was kind of worried this would make my bag feel all heavy and annoying, but actually it is slim, not really bulky at all. I carry it around every day and it’s been easy, like no big problem there.

This has been a big help for me. I can finish tasks faster and, you know, just get through my day with less hassle

My snap judgment: it’s okay. It does what it’s supposed to do, but the screen feels a little too dim when I’m using it in daylight. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just not as impressive as I hoped.

I’d say save your time and money on this one. The product is okay, but for the price they’re charging, I expected way better quality. It just didn’t feel worth it to me. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price dropped a lot

I ordered a monitor setup from Xebec while I was kind of rushing through everything, so I was relieved that checkout was simple and didn’t have any weird extra steps. The confirmation email showed up right after I paid, which was nice. The shipping update took about a day to appear, but once it did, the tracking was easy to follow. The package arrived in good shape and everything was included. I had one quick question before it shipped, and support got back to me faster than I expected. Overall, it was a really smooth experience and I’d buy from them again.

I picked up a couple accessories for my Xebec setup and, at first, I just assumed they’d all make things way easier. Some of them actually do, especially the cables and the case, since they make it simpler to pack up and move around. But a few pieces felt a little overpriced for what they are, and I still ended up messing with adapters more than I expected. Overall, not bad, just not quite as useful as I had assumed

I picked up the Xebec setup because my desk is small and I really needed extra screen space without turning everything into a cluttered mess. It does work, so I can’t really complain too much, and maybe part of the issue is just that I have too much stuff on my desk already. But with the stand and cables, it takes up more room than I expected. I’m sure it would be totally fine on a bigger desk, but on mine it feels a little cramped. I keep having to shuffle my keyboard, notebook, and random things around whenever I use it. Maybe I should’ve measured better before buying, so that’s partly on me. Overall, it’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it’s great if you’re already tight on desk space.

The attachment feels stable, what more can you ask for? I haven’t had any real issues with it yet, so so far, I’m happy with how it’s holding up

It was okay for travel. Nothing really stood out, but it got the job done and was good enough for a short trip. I’m a little tired of having to deal with service issues everywhere lately, so I was just glad this didn’t turn into another hassle. Not amazing, not terrible, just fine.
